Shona McFadyen has been awarded GOLD in the prestigious Pearson National Teaching Awards, being named Outstanding New Teacher of the Year 2025.
Shona, received her award at the prestigious award ceremony on Saturday night (29/11) which was presented by the Rt Hon Bridget Phillipson, Secretary of State for Education and television and radio presenter Gaby Roslin.
Representing The Corby Sixth Form and The Bedford College Group overall, Shona has been recognised on a national stage for her exceptional dedication, inspiring teaching practice, and transformative impact on students and colleagues alike. Read the full article here
