An outstanding new teacher can have a real impact on their pupil’s academic, social and emotional development. They inspire and engage children, so they all thrive, enjoy learning and achieve well. All of these qualities can be gained through experience, but outstanding new teachers have a natural ability and enthusiasm that shines through.

This award is open to all qualified teachers in their 1st, 2nd or 3rd year of teaching, teaching in any phase, teaching children aged 4 – 18. We welcome entries from state or independent schools.
