Tina embodies the spirit of inclusion in the broadest sense. By building exactly the right support for each SEND child in this Wembley school, she has a huge impact on their success.

Her positive, ‘can-do’ approach defuses anxiety, builds confidence, supports progress and inspires trust. She is the ‘go to’ person, known for good listening and great humour.

Generous in sharing her expertise, knowledge and practice, she is highly valued both within the school and further afield for contributing to improving SEND practice.

Tina was instrumental in securing the Inclusion Quality Mark for Barham, is the practitioner for the local Strategic Panel and nationally is an assessor for the MITA (Teaching Assistant) project.
