Weston College’s Welfare and Pastoral Support Services team are a truly inspirational group of individuals, who as a collective have transformed pastoral support for learners at the College. The team routinely go above and beyond to ensure all learners have access to quality support covering a number of critical remits.
To them this is more than a job, it is about supporting and transforming young people and adults. All staff work tirelessly to provide learners with a safe, secure and supportive environment, so that learners feel valued and appreciated.
This was perfectly summed up by one of the College’s learners, ‘if it wasn’t for that team, I wouldn’t be here today’.
