The Sports and Public Services team have seen a number of successes over the past few years, despite having had to transport nearly 300 learners to sports facilities 5 miles away from the college on a weekly basis for an entire year.
Aside from purely teaching, the team put together a varied enrichment programme to appeal to all students including links with Staffordshire Police, The Armed Forces, Stafford Sports Performance and Dance Academy, Stafford Special Olympics and Stafford Town F.C.
They are a team who have passionately displayed the ambition to be more to learners than providing just a qualification, but to be a department that compels their learners to want to be the best.
