The Pastoral Care Team

Limes College is a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) for children from 8 -16 years. Students come from
extremely troubled, deprived and often abusive environments and have been excluded from
mainstream education. The Team at Limes College is pastoral, which is extremely unusual for a PRU. They work holistically with students and families to bring about change, improve attendance and behaviour and help develop life skills so that students can achieve, move on and be part of the community. The College was graded as outstanding in all areas in March 2015! A tribute to the exceptional work that they do for the most vulnerable young people in society.
