  • WALLSEND, TYNE AND WEAR

The primary aim of the Guidance team is to support every young person to achieve their academic
potential and remove all barriers that might prevent that. The team are at the heart of the College,
working tirelessly to support young people and make a hugely significant contribution to the
overall achievement of its students. The team work to a set of ideals around good behaviour, respect,
tolerance and anti-bullying. They also ensure that that no student leaves the College categorised
as “NEET” (not in employment, education or training) and they regularly achieve this priority, to the
benefit of the students, their families and their whole community.
