Sheila Edgar has taught history, business and economics for over 40 years, while also completing extensive charity work which led to her being awarded the Princess Diana Achievement Award for her monumental efforts.
The passion and drive in supporting others and encouraging every child to ‘Aim High’ has earned her a reputation in the local community, forging connections within businesses to support the Academy and its students. This dedication and forward thinking led to the recognition of best practice case study in careers from Ofsted and being awarded one of the first Careermarks Awards. Her dedication and energy to everyone she meets is boundless.
