Sam is an outstanding young teacher who is incredibly highly regarded by his colleagues at school. Despite being new to teaching Sam already mentors teaching students, and is regularly praised for his ability to support them in finding the most suitable training for them.
He has real commitment to each and every one of his students and takes time to carefully tailor his lessons to get the best out of everyone in his classroom. Outside of lessons Sam has spent significant time developing his own pedagogy, attending lunchtime and afterschool TeachMeet sessions, and attended external training.
