Ryan joined OCA as a newly qualified teacher in September 2016 and is now not only Head of Modern Foreign Languages but runs the Duke of Edinburgh programme which sees all pupils complete this award during their time with the school.
Ryan’s thirst to learn is an inspiration for the whole school community. Pupils and staff adore his great personality, humour and brilliant work ethic. Ryan’s classroom is an amazing learning environment, his pupils adore being in there, and he always goes above and beyond for his pupils who all excel under his care and outstanding teaching.
