Ray is a charismatic teacher whose obvious passion for and great knowledge of his subject, IT, inspires students and colleagues alike. His enthusiastic teaching style means that he can communicate information to students in a way they can easily understand and absorb. He has increased the popularity of his subject greatly and organised participation in a wide range of external projects that raise the profile of the students and the college in a very positive way.
