Phil has transformed Chantlers Primary School into a hub of excellence, where sustained outstanding results walk hand in hand with pastoral excellence. Staff morale is high due to the Headteacher’s investment in emotionally intelligent relationships where all people are highly valued.
Throughout Covid Phil displayed fearless and decisive leadership, making certain no pupil was left behind with their learning, while supporting their mental and emotional wellbeing. His tenacity and moral purpose showed throughout, and under his leadership Chantlers is a special place where everyone is considered a special member of an extraordinary family.
