Peter Simons is central to music provision at Thornhill Junior and Infant School, where every child learns to play ten different musical instruments as well as participate in a range of clubs, activities and events.
Peter works at a frenetic pace to ensure every pupil gets the most out of their opportunities and so succeeds in making sure the entire school is filled with children gaining a massive range of musical experiences.
Colleagues say that children at Thornhill J&I are taught a music curriculum that enriches their lives beyond measure, and this is all down to Peter Simons.
