Paul is described as an outstanding and inspirational member of staff who leads by example. His expertise, support, dedication and commitment to this Birmingham school have enabled pupils to ‘overcome barriers to learning, close the gap and achieve highly’.
Paul has contributed immensely to the school community including support with Rights Respecting, Music and Sports amongst many other clubs. He has also supported in organising carnivals and events in the wider community.
