Nicole has over thirteen years’ experience working as an early years teacher, undertaking additional responsibilities such as phase leader, mentor, coach and lead practitioner supporting professionals from different schools to improve their practice. She has worked across boroughs to assist in raising standards. She is able to build strong relationships with all key stakeholders. P
art of Nicole’s role is to drive standards in phonics and PSHE. She works exceedingly well with all staff and goes the extra mile to support them. In her first year at Millbrook she achieved the Quality mark for EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage). Nicole has a clear vision and strategic approach when it comes to her practice, which not only benefits EYFS but the entire school.
