Michael Grant is a passionate, caring and outstanding teacher. Everything he does is for the benefit of all students, not just in his own classes, but Academy wide. There was never any doubt that he would become a teacher – it has been a lifelong passion.
Michael attended school in Witham and has remained as a teacher in the town to invest back into his local community. Michael believes in raising the aspirations of all his students and achieves this through his exceptional teaching. The atmosphere in his classroom creates a climate of discovery where every student is valued and challenged to achieve more than they thought possible.
His sense of humour is epic and laughter is often emanating from his classroom. Students want to be in his class and colleagues want to learn from him.
