Mark Bailey

Mark is an inspiring teacher who has been central to the transformation of Netherhall School. His consistently outstanding teaching, relentless positivity and determination to secure the very best learning experience and outcomes for all students has transformed the lives of innumerable young people. He is universally respected and appreciated by students, parents and carers in the Maryport community. He has also  made a monumental contribution to the wider life of the school: running the school choir, school council, football first team and organising over twenty five international trips; as well as providing seminal and enriching cultural experiences for all students, regardless of their socio-economic background.
