Margaret is an encouraging, supportive, caring and inspiring headteacher. Her leadership style has ensured every member of staff in Springside Primary works together to achieve the common goal of ensuring each child receives the best experiences possible. All members of staff enthusiastically take curriculum responsibility to enrich the experiences for the benefit of all the children.
Margaret has also had a huge impact on the reputation of the school in the community. Her vision, determination and drive to create a nurturing environment ensured the school has turned around.
Attainment has risen under Margaret’s leadership and the whole community, including children, staff and parents, know that her door is always open which in turns ensures everyone involved with Springside Primary feels valued.
