Maddie has a never failing energy and an insatiable desire to support her teachers to make the school the very best it can be for the children in her care. Maddie has a particular passion for supporting children with autism and has a clear vision for what constitutes great learning, working hard to ensure that above all the children in the class have a strong voice in developing learning the way that they want to despite their individual needs. She has also been instrumental in developing the knowledge and the skills of her peers in Autism Awareness and is a very popular choice when training colleagues and staff members.
