Lorna has transformed her Geography Department, bringing a lively and dynamic curriculum to the school. Geography is now a vibrant and stimulating subject area, in which students make rapid
rates of progress; there is a real passion for learning throughout the curriculum and numbers at
GCSE have grown exponentially as a result. At the centre of this is Lorna, loved by all for what she has done to make her subject come alive. In a recent observation, Lorna wore a sweatband throughout the
whole lesson and jogged from desk to desk. The title of the lesson? Geography Revision Boot Camp of
course!
