Lisa works tirelessly to create a challenging, nurturing environment for her students and ensures her lessons are exceptional. Her ability to motivate both staff and students and her relentless pursuit to ensure students make exceptional progress is highly motivational for everyone who works with Lisa on a daily basis.
Her greatest legacy is her ability to motivate students to become teachers and subject mentors. It is quite astonishing how many of Lisa’s former students have gone on to become teachers; not only does Lisa inspire the next generation of teachers, she also ensures that young people want to give back to their community.
