Upon joining Rainhill, Jane’s obvious passion and ability in the classroom changed the fortunes of her new department for the better and recruitment into A level accelerated rapidly. Jane has since held the role of Senior Lead Practitioner at the school where her infectious attitude and innovative classroom practice has supported the development of colleagues across the school. Jane has presented at SSAT conference and is a ‘go to’ professional for colleagues within and beyond the school in her role as an SLE.
