Jade has transformed teaching and learning at school through implementing challenge based learning for all pupils. She has also researched and implemented strands of the school ‘recovery curriculum’ following Covid 19 restrictions. She supported the education and well-being of our families and community through lockdown with enthusiasm and great care. She is a District Commissioner for the local girl guides and continued to deliver imaginative activities for families in school and guides in the pandemic. She has worked in a slum school in Kolkata, India, to support Indian colleagues who work in such difficult circumstances and has contributed to wider education committees. On top of her contribution to school, local community, and the wider community, Jade is a foster mum to three children.
