This London team supports over 140 students at its Greenwich and Orpington campuses. Headed by chef and trained teacher Tania Sumner, the team not only teaches skills in the classroom but works with several external employers and organisations.

From the outset, students are fully immersed in the real world of work and achieve high-level skills which directly transfer to employment. These skills are gained in the College’s student-led BR6 restaurants and cafes as well as from work placements, project-based learning activities, entrepreneurial learning, industry experts and visits to a range of hotels, restaurants, fisheries, markets and many other food-related environments.
