Hope Vardon-Prince has a love of learning. She is an inspirational English teacher and Subject Leader. Since starting her teaching career at Northolt High School in 2015, she has been passionate about pushing all students to achieve their very best.
Her students really value her, shown by her repeat nominations in student surveys. They say about her:

- she is the most supportive and challenging teacher
- she will always push her students to improve more and more.
Hope is a ‘go to’ whenever colleagues want to talk about teaching, learning, pedagogy or pastoral care. Hope is always there to support colleagues as well as students. Her Headteacher says ‘She is an utterly exceptional teacher and we are all privileged to work alongside her’.
