Helena joined Oxley Park Academy as a graduate trainee 4 years ago. Her talent and potential were evident even then and she has blossomed into a great practitioner and role model to everyone at her school. What makes Helena special is that she brings out the best in everyone she encounters. Her pupils not only perform at the highest level in everything they do, they have developed characteristics which ensure this will be sustained throughout their lives. Parents and carers are supported to develop their child in ways that are pertinent and personal to their family circumstances. The adults who work with and alongside, Helena are inspired by her and already seek advice and guidance from her.
