In his first five terms as a teacher, Gruff is described as a real asset to Ysgol Tryfan. His impact in the whole school community has been outstanding.
The key to his success is the positive and respectful relationship he has with every learner and every member of staff – and he is always willing to go the extra mile for his learners.
He has already been recognised on a regional level and was the deserving winner of the Outstanding New Teacher in Wales’ Professional Teaching Awards Cymru.
