Fliss touches the lives of everyone she meets and is known for inspiring the children in her own class to improve their aspirations and expectations for themselves. Beyond this Nottinghamshire school, she has multiple roles across the local trust and makes a significant contribution to the development of schools and individuals across the partnership.
As a lead teacher, she acts as a model of best practice, opening her door to observations, team teaching and mentoring and coaching others. As a professional tutor, she supports a cohort of trainees. Over the last two years, Fliss has also inspired the next generation of teachers across our partnership.
