Catherine Taylor is executive headteacher of the Aspire Federation. She has spent 37 years working to build a culture of collaboration and high expectations, along with a relentless drive and a healthy challenge to ensure outstanding teaching. Both schools in the Federation are National Support Schools specialising in a range of SEN support, pedagogy development and a range of leadership development.
Catherine is a NLE and a national Women Leaders in Education coach. She has consistently ensured that the most vulnerable children are considered top priority and has worked tirelessly to raise standards.
