Caroline is an outstanding Headteacher, leading a great school which provides a top quality education to all the young people in its care. In the words of her Deputy Headteacher, “she is a truly inspirational leader with whom we are all very proud to work.” She has been at Haybridge for 20 years, 8 of which as Headteacher and during that time she has led the school through two Outstanding Ofsted inspections. She is a National Leader of Education and regularly supports other Headteachers and schools, sharing her expertise to help other achieve their long term aims to become outstanding.
