Bethany is a true inspiration to all who work with her. She is held in high regard by professionals within the area of Special Needs locally and nationally. Integrating and supporting children with an array of complex needs in mainstream schools is quite a feat.
Her dedication and tenacity ensure that every child receives the support needed to enable them to be the best they can be. Bethany will take every opportunity to improve her own knowledge and practice, becoming an expert in many areas and undertaking research to improve practice within and beyond her school.
There is never a ‘no’ just a ‘how can we’ to any barrier that may arise. Her leadership of SEND in her school, Trust and beyond makes a difference to so many children’s lives.
