This is Mr O’Neill’s fourth school and first Headship. When appointed as Head in 2016, the future of the school was bleak; the buildings were in a state of disrepair, the school roll was rapidly falling, staff morale was low and the school was at real risk of closure.
In 2022, All Saints is a completely different environment, both physically and academically. The recent Ofsted can attest to this. This year marks the fifth anniversary of Grenfell, and as a community the school is planning ways in which to mark the tragic event. Mr O’Neill has led his school community through challenges and supported them in growing a community that students, staff and families can all be proud of.
