Miss Jethmalani has made an extraordinary impact as a newly qualified Teacher, taking every challenge in her stride and making a big impact on learners, colleagues, and the wider school community. She has taken every challenge in her stride, and teaches at the level of far more experienced colleagues. She devotes a huge amount of time to improving her practice, consistently checking student progress to ensure they are benefitting and always adapting her teaching to suit the class.
